While we tried to keep just about the whole list inside the city of Philadelphia, we had to include one from the ‘burbs, and that had to be Pudge’s. Specializing in all the Philly classics, Pudge’s menu feels more like a diner menu than a sandwich shop but all of their hoagies are on point.
