— This was actually said by defense attorney Perry DeMarco, Sr., lawyer for Ari Goldstein, the Temple University frat president convicted of attempted sexual assault on a freshman who tried to leave his room. According to reports, the pair had sex before and that she referred to Goldstein as her “sex boy.” All well and good, unless in this instance she says “no.” Apparently neither Goldstein nor his lawyer got that memo. Wow.
