Super Bowl LVII fever has turned Philadelphia inside out. Whether it was Eagles fans being mean to opposing teams’ wives or revelers on Broad Street falling through the tops of Septa busses – utter wackness.
Such madness has not been limited to wilding out fans and daredevils. Philadelphia businesses, musicians, clothiers, restaurants and bars have all attempted to find happy and profitable ways into exploiting the Big Game between the Chiefs and the Eagles.

Kane Kalas’ rendition of the Eagles’ Victory Song
Philadelphia sportscasting legend Harry Kalas’ progeny, musician and singer Kane Kalas – Citizens Bank Park Star-Spangled Banner Philadelphia Phillies’ home opener crooner – moved on football and the Eagles for the moment, and has created his own fresh version of the rousing Eagles “Victory Song.”
“The Eagles’ Victory Song is not only the fight song of the Philadelphia Eagles, in many ways it is the fight song of the city of Philadelphia itself,” says Kane in a press statement. “If you’re ever in Philly when the Eagles are playing, it doesn’t matter where you are or even how much attention you’re paying to the game, you’re sure to know whenever the Eagles score a touchdown by the rumbling of E-A-G-L-E-S EAGLES from a chorus of fans throughout the city. Iron Chef Jose Garces’ Hook & Master tiki bar in No Libs (1361 N Second Street in Philadelphia) scores a winning goal with its Green Pizza fashioned out of sage, mushroom, caramelized onion, fig, arugula, and fennel. Dag.
Rihanna’s Fenty x Mitchell & Ness collection
Before she makes her Super Bowl LVII halftime debut, Rihanna hooked up with Philly’s legacy sports gear designer and throwback wear manufacturer, Mitchell & Ness, to drop a new collection of merch that touches on the superstar singer’s Fenty x clothing. Usually known for lingerie, Fenty x toughens up for the Big Game with full-snap coaches’ jacket (only available in black) featuring NFL and Super Bowl LVII patches embroidered on the front and Fenty U.S.A. on the back. As for throwback gear, the collection a features retro-style ts with the words “Fenty Athletics” airbrushed across the front, along with shirts and hoodies with a snap of Rihanna’s hand holding up a football. No one is immune to Super Bowl fever. Not even a white linen Rittenhouse Square restaurant such as LaCroix at the Rittenhouse (210 W Rittenhouse Square, Rittenhouse Hotel, Philadelphia) who has created a Blackberry Lemon Fizz mocktail for your home party, Head to the restaurant to pick up the mix – 1 can LaCroix Cúrate Muré Pepino Sparkling Water, 1/2 cup blackberries, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp honey and cucumber. Muddle the blackberries, lemon juice and honey in the bottom of a glass, add ice, top with LaCroix Cúrate Muré Pepino. Garnish with cucumber and it makes for delicious drink guests won’t forget, and you won’t need to clean up their un-sober mess.
Fitz on 4th’s Eagles Nest
For those of you (OK, most of you) looking to get and stay liquored up throughout the entirety of the Super Bowl, Fitz on 4th (743 S 4th Street, Philadelphia) is offering up a big rum Eagles-themed cocktail, the Eagles Nest, filled with Aperol, pineapple, lime, mint and activated charcoal. Oooh, activated charcoal.

Baba’s Bucha, a woman-owned, premium farm-to-bottle kombucha brand made and promoted in Phoenixville (333 Morgan Street, Phoenixville, PA is where its Baba’s Bucha Tasting Room resides) crafted a kelly-green, Eagles-inspired flavor – the re-release of Believe made with juniper berries, ginger, yerba mate, lemon balm, and chlorophyll. So Good It Hurts

Ingredients:
- 4 oz. Baba’s Bucha Believe Kombucha
- 1 oz. Gin
- 1 oz. Chartreuse
- 1 oz. Lime Juice
Instructions: Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake for 30-40 seconds. Strain into a glass filled with ice. Top with Believe kombucha.
