MangoRX is a “double header” in that it claims to help you grow hair and improve erectile function using a combination of prescription-strength drugs and supplements.

In this Mango RX review, I will consider scientific and anecdotal evidence regarding MangoRX.

I also decided to try MangoRX for myself and determine whether I felt the effects after a one-month trial.

Questions I intend to answer in this MangoRX review include:

  • Does this make erections come easier?
  • Do I last longer in bed?
  • Is there any effect on orgasm or semen quality?
  • Did I experience any side effects?
  • What was it like working with MangoRX’s partner compounding pharmacy?

The Ideal MangoRX Target Subject

MangoRX targets adults over 40 and well into their 70s and beyond. This is the age demographic where erectile dysfunction [1] and balding are most likely to occur, according to most studies.

Many people over 40, and especially in their 50s, will start to notice a decrease in sexual satisfaction.

Common symptoms of erectile dysfunction include:

  • A change in the number of erections and orgasms
  • A change in the intensity of orgasms
  • Inability to stay hard or an inability to sustain an erection

While many might assume that this is the natural result of a drop in testosterone, this is not a condition you have to live with.

The facts show that as humans live longer [2], many well into their 70s, sexual vitality becomes something that should be rescued – not forgotten.

MangoRX claims to have a formula that combines three highly potent primary ingredients, each effective in its own right.

MangoRX’s mission is to empower over-40 men to revitalize their sex lives, dating lives, and romantic lives with help from medically-tested products that work.

When combined, is MangoRX the after-40 erectile dysfunction power medication we need?

Let’s first consider the MangoRX brand and then review the ingredients individually.

MangoRX’s Partner Compounding Pharmacy

Mangoceuticals Inc. is the company behind MangoRX, focusing on men’s health and related wellness products. The primary focus is wellness telemedicine services, which means the company facilitates an online consultation, eliminating the need for in-person visits.

The company doesn’t say much about its history on the official website besides a two-minute video filled with cheesy double entendres about having more sex. However, it’s recently received plenty of media coverage, including reviews from Men’s Health, People, and Barstool Sports.

Mangoceuticals is publicly listed on the NASDAQ as MGRX and most recently filed a patent in Australia and Japan for other cutting-edge medical products.

Based in Dallas, Texas, Mangoceuticals was founded by Jonathan Arango and Jacon Cohen, who still serves as the CEO.

It’s safe to conclude that although the company is fairly new, having been founded in 2021, it’s a legitimate business with a solid reputation nationally and internationally.

What is MangoRX?

MangoRX is essentially three ingredients in one:

  • Oxytocin
  • L-Arginine
  • And either Tadalafil or Sildenafil

The compound by Mangoceuticals combines all ingredients into a mango-flavored tablet that dissolves sublingually.

The rapid-dissolving tablet (which just goes under your tongue) hits the bloodstream and works immediately.

The company says most users report powerful effects within 10 minutes of taking the tablet.

According to the MangoRX official website, all three primary ingredients in their medications are “FDA-approved and have a long track record of safe use.”

It’s important to consider each primary ingredient one at a time to understand why and how they affect your bloodstream and how this affects erectile function.

Mango RX Review of Ingredients

Let’s start with the two most powerful ingredients that produce the most notable effects: Tadalafil and Sildenafil.

Sildenafil citrate was originally Viagra, first discovered by Pfizer in the late 1980s and approved for medical use in 1998. Viagra was the brand name, and the active ingredient was Sildenafil.

When the patent expired, other pharmaceutical companies could sell Sildenafil under a generic name and change or improve upon the formula.

While it’s not accurate to say that Sildenafil is the same as Viagra, the effects you experience are largely the same because of the studied efficacy of Sildenafil.

Sildenafil [3], a phosphodiesterase-5 inhibitor (PDE5-I), is scientifically proven to be safe and effective in managing erectile dysfunction and pulmonary arterial hypertension.

Because of the powerful and testable effects, you cannot legally buy Sildenafil without a physician’s prescription.

The medication works by relaxing blood vessels and increasing blood flow to the penis. Increased blood flow directly affects the firmness and endurance of your erection.

While Sildenafil is not necessarily a treatment for premature ejaculation, some users have noticed improved staying power and a shorter refractory period after taking MangoRX.

The fact that MangoRX has PDE5 inhibitor ingredients does indicate that it could have some effect on premature ejaculation.

However, a hands-on solution is recommended for treating PE, not medication alone. You can read more about sex toys designed to increase stamina.

Tadalafil is the same ingredient used in the brand-name medication Cialis. First released in 2003, Tadalafil was also FDA-approved for treating erectile dysfunction and impotence.

Tadalafil was also approved for treating symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia and high blood pressure in the lungs.

Another phosphodiesterase (PDE) inhibitor, Tadalafil [4], can treat erectile dysfunction by increasing blood flow to the penis.

Like Sildenafil, the increased blood flow is what makes erections come easy.

This increased blood flow can cause an erection. Tadalafil treats PAH by relaxing the blood vessels in the lungs, allowing blood to flow more easily.

Differences Between Sildenafil and Tadalafil

Sildenafil and Tadalafil cause similar effects but still have subtle differences between them.

Generally, Sildenafil has a faster effect, with most users reporting erections within the hour, sometimes as little as half an hour.

Tadalafil users report a longer waiting time, sometimes up to two hours or as little as thirty minutes.

The main difference is that Tadalafil takes longer to take effect but lasts longer, with most users reporting pleasurable effects for up to 36 hours.

The potency of both drugs is unquestionable, and side effects (which I will explain later) are minimal.

Both medications essentially do the same thing, which is to inhibit certain chemicals from developing in your body, and this is what starts the increased blood flow to the penis.

According to one study, both Sildenafil and Tadalafil [5] had powerful effects, but Tadalafil seemed to have better psychological effects on its patients. Most subjects in a controlled study said that they preferred Tadalafil over Sildenafil.

Some users have also reported that Sildenafil has odd but not serious side effects, such as temporary “blue-tinted vision.”

That’s beyond what prescription strength Tadalafil over Sildenafil can do.

What else is in MangoRX’s formula?

That brings us to the MangoRX difference: erections in 10 minutes!

L-Arginine is an amino acid that helps your body build protein. It’s commonly found in a variety of healthy foods, so your body usually makes all the L-Arginine that it needs.

However, as a supplement, L-Arginine [6] can induce vasodilation while inhibiting platelet aggregation. When this happens, the muscles in the walls of arteries and veins are relaxed, allowing easier blood flow and relief for the ever-pumping heart.

Supplemental L-Arginine is so powerful that some people take it to treat heart conditions, as well as erectile dysfunction.

That’s not to say that most people have an L-Arginine deficiency since that condition is usually associated with major problems, like organ failure.

But just a little extra L-Arginine does have a powerful effect on sexuality and heart function, which could account for MangoRX’s faster absorption rate.

One of the most interesting ingredients in MangoRX is oxytocin. Oxytocin is a naturally produced hormone made in the hypothalamus and stored in the posterior pituitary.

It operates as a brain messenger and plays an important role in common human emotions such as love, romance, sexual arousal, and even trust between friends.

The triggering of oxytocin is the “love drug” feeling that people talk about.

When you do something pleasurable, whether it’s sex, making a new friend, showing love to someone you care about, or even just touching or being touched by someone else, there is a release of oxytocin. [7]

However, you can also trigger oxytocin release by eating various healthy foods, including bananas, eggs, nuts, beans, and, most notoriously, chocolate.

During sex and orgasm, we see some of the highest levels of oxytocin released. We’ve also seen that oxytocin affects erection strength [8] at the pre-orgasmic stage.

MangoRX Combines Four of the Most Powerful Ingredients to Treat Erectile Dysfunction!

MangoRX and Hair

While much has been written about MangoRX in regards to innovative treatments for erectile dysfunction treatment, many are still in the dark regarding hair growth.

How exactly does MangoRX help you grow hair?

First of all, MangoRX for erectile dysfunction is a different product than MangoRX Grow, which is the other branded product from the same company.

MangoRX Grow comes in a green package reflecting its mint-flavored chewable tablet.

This medication contains other FDA-approved ingredients such as:

  • Minoxidil
  • Finasteride
  • Vitamin D3
  • Biotin

Minoxidil and Finasteride, [9] particularly, have been studied for their hair-replenishing properties. Evidence suggests that minoxidil fortified with finasteride can stimulate blood circulation to the scalp while nourishing hair follicles and supporting the growth phase of new ones.

Some users report that they also noticed increased hair thickness and volume after using MangoRX Growth.

The approximate time period is between 3-6 months, and you can order a 30-day or 90-day supply to see the difference for yourself.

Are There Any Side Effects With MangoRX Products?

The best way to answer a question about side effects is to review MangoRX ingredients individually.

The potency of the prescription-strength active ingredient is the most significant factor. It could even cause serious allergic reactions if you are already taking medication or have other medical conditions.

For Sildenafil symptoms, possible side effects are minor but could still be upsetting. These include:

  • Anxiety
  • Chest pain
  • Shortness of breath
  • Insomnia
  • Dizziness or drowsiness
  • Headache
  • Blurred or “blue” vision
  • Dry eye syndrome
  • Skin flushing or rash
  • Nasal congestion or stuffy nose
  • Tinnitus (Ringing in the ears)
  • Bone pain
  • Sensorineural hearing loss
  • Indigestion
  • Nausea
  • Nosebleed
  • Confusion
  • Frequent urination
  • Low blood pressure
  • Prolonged erection or “priapism”

Tadalafil symptoms are similar but come with a few extras:

  • Heartburn
  • Back pain
  • Blindness
  • Diarrhea
  • Cough
  • Heart arrhythmia
  • Myalgia
  • Loss of voice
  • Cardiovascular disease

While major symptoms like allergic reactions and cardiovascular disease are rare, it’s still a possibility.

This is why neither medication is an Over-The-Counter drug. Legally, you must see a physician and be medically cleared before anyone can write you a prescription for MangoRX or any other erectile dysfunction drug.

A physician can evaluate your medical history and see whether there are any likely potentially dangerous interactions.

L-Arginine and Oxytocin Side Effects in MangoRX

Regarding L-Arginine and Oxytocin, a discussion of side effects is somewhat different.

L-arginine could still cause many of the same symptoms as the other drugs, such as headache, low blood pressure, chest discomfort, and abdominal pain. Occasionally, it can cause problems with gout as well.

However, L-Arginine is over-the-counter, unlike Sildenafil and Tadalafil, because it has a lower risk of side effects and lower overall potency.

However, it is still possible to have an allergic response to L-Arginine supplements if you have a medical condition or are taking other supplements or medications.

Always consult a physician before introducing something new to your body when in doubt. They can advise you of possible interactions, which could, at the very least, affect dosage.

Using MangoRX’s Telemedicine Platform for the First Time

Review this simple step-by-step process if you’re new to using a secure telemedicine platform.

1. Sign up for MangoRW membership for free.

Enter your email address and agree to the terms of the site. Then, you can make prescription requests free in a safe online environment.

2. Choose your dosage and the type of tablet.

Sildenafil Mangos come in a yellow package and start at $12.50 per tablet. The final cost would be:

  • Cool Package – $75 for 6 tablets of 50 or 100 milligrams
  • Confident Package – $150 for 12 tablets of 50 or 100 milligrams
  • Cocky Package – $225 for 18 tablets of 50 or 100 milligrams

For Tadalafil Mangos you can choose from the following:

  • Cool Package – $75 for 6 tablets of 10 or 20 milligrams
  • Confident Package – $150 for 12 tablets of 10 or 20 milligrams
  • Cocky Package – $225 for 18 tablets of 10 or 20 milligrams

Tadalafil certainly appears to be the more potent, at least by dosage.

3. Take the free online physician review.

Because of possible interactions, you must meet with a physician via MangoRX’s telemedicine platform.

The company uses a list of medical providers who can work with you and will connect you directly.

The process begins with you filling out a questionnaire on your medical history and symptoms of erectile dysfunction. Sometimes, you must speak to a physician online using your phone’s video conferencing feature.

All information shared through the questionnaire and video conference is confidential and transmitted over HIPAA-compliant servers, the medical industry standard.

While this process may be uncomfortable, it’s brief and 100% free. You can also get free follow-ups at no extra charge for as many times as you would like.

The approval process should take less than 24 hours.

4. Wait for approval and the delivery of your product.

If you are not approved for Mango RX medications, you will be notified via email, and all orders will be canceled and refunded.

This could happen because of certain medical conditions or medications you’re taking that might interact with MangoRX.

You may also live in a state where MangoRX cannot be shipped through the mail. MangoRX is not currently available in every U.S. state, and any physician prescribing medication must be licensed in the state where the patient resides.

The company is still working on making MangoRX available in all 50 states.

The network of medical providers prescribing MangoRX consists of licensed and board-certified physicians.

If your state allows MangoRX to be sold and delivered, and you pass a medical exam, wait for your package to be delivered to your mailing address. Open the individually wrapped tablets and experience MangoRX for the first time.

Mango RX Review: My Personal Experience

Now, I will explain my personal experience taking MangoRX.

I first received my package in February 2024 and ordered Tadalafil Mangos.

Thankfully, the products were discreetly shipped and I didn’t even have to sign for it, so there were no awkward encounters! Smooth experience overall.

The tablet itself tastes good, similar to mango, and is not at all hard or unpleasant to dissolve.

My experience with MangoRX’s partner compounding pharmacy was smooth, if somewhat impersonal. It was just business, as a matter of fact, but not at all embarrassing.

I was anticipating a FAST reaction because of all the hype.

To my surprise, the medication worked within 10-15 minutes, and it was like a jolt of energy. Sure, I had an erection and had no complaints.

But what was remarkable (without going into any unnecessary sex life details!) was how I felt after the fact.

Blood was flowing all right, and I kept having strong and consistent erections all day, at least for another four hours when I was ready to go again and again. (My partner, on the other hand…)

Many people in their 40s and 50s and beyond are still single and actively dating. For more on how to get your sex life reinvigorated, check out this list of discreet dating apps.

This doesn’t mean MangoRX will make you erect for four hours straight.

Rather, your blood is flowing so well that you have stronger erections, more pleasure, more volume upon release, and a shorter refractory period in between sessions.

I haven’t felt that invigorated since I was in my teens. Really powerful stuff.

Mango RX Review: It’s a Game Changer!

My honest reaction: I was a little nervous after experiencing the effects, and my heart started thumping a bit stronger than usual. I wondered if this was normal or if I was experiencing symptoms.

But it was all in my head. My body was just adjusting to the sudden change in increased blood flow.

Simply put, when you’re that horny, you need to have a plan of action and do something with all that extra energy you have now.

The beauty of MangoRX is that you don’t have to take it an hour in advance and hope that the timing is right with your date.

You can take it before or during foreplay, and within 10-15 minutes, you will feel very aroused and passionate and ready to set new records in the bedroom.

And what a bizarre feeling it is to feel that way again within the same hour.

I just hope your partner is ready to keep up with you!

The afterglow is as intense as if you just had an intense workout session and must momentarily catch your breath. It’s like that “Really Good Sex” you’ve seen and heard about but rarely get to experience once you pass 35.

I can honestly say MangoRX will change your life for the better and give you back the sex life you’ve been missing for far too long.
